How can I pay for my products?

Obagi accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club credit cards as well as ShopPay, GPay, with Canadian billing and shipping addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on Obagi’s website (the “Site”) are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

How much will the sales tax be?

All orders shipped from will be subject to sales tax. The amount of the sales tax will be calculated in accordance with the tax code of province of Canada to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Orders placed on ship only within Canada.

Where are Obagi Canada products stored and where do they ship from

Products sold on the website are safely stored in optimal conditions to maximise their quality.

Every product that is available on is located in Canada, in the province of Quebec, and they all ship from that same location.
